10 Minute Back Yoga Routine
This is a a video I found that has a really good 10 minute back yoga routine that will help you eliminate back pain. The moves shown here are very good to loosen up the back as well as the shoulders.
These are all floor exercises, which gives ou the chance to stretch your back with less chance of hurting it. The video has a towel roll used to assist with the moves, but you cna use any towel or a belt (and some of the moves you can do without these).
This routine is pretty good and also Esther explains exactly what you should be doing in great detail. She is a qualified yoga instructor so it is all done with really good technique.
The only thing she doesn’t really do is explain what to do if you are not too flexible. This isn’t too bad though, as most moves can be modified by just going to a point where you are stretching, but are not hurting yourself.
Try this every morning for a week and see if it works for you.
