So what is this device?  Well basically you lie on is, and it uses your own body weight and the specially moulded rails to realign your vertebrae back into its natural position.

So does it work?  In my experience it has.  My back pain has been relieved and overall I feel a lot more fluid and mobile.  From the reviews I’ve read it has worked for a lot of other people as well.

Is it Easy?  Well that depends, it is actually quite easy to use.  But if you have never gone to a chiropractor and had a back realignment before you might find it quite an odd feeling to use.  If you have had a realignment done before, it’s a pretty similar feeling.

I’ve found that a visit to the chiropractor for an official alignment was still necessary, but a lot less often.  Also I used to feel a lot of pain between visits but now I don’t.

Just make sure this product is right for you (see a doctor first).  If you have back problems because fo your spine, this can help.  But if the pain is due to muscles cramping in your back, this probably won’t do a thing.
